MyHealth, a secure online patient portal, allows you to do all of these things and more. It’s available if you’re a patient at Val Verde Regional Medical Center (VVRMC). “MyHealth gives you a greater opportunity to be involved in your health care,” says Karen Oncken, VVRMC Director of Health Information Management. With MyHealth, you can: ■ View a summary of your medical records ■ Get results from lab and imaging tests ■ Request appointments ■ Get prescription refills ■ Message your provider ■ Access a summary of your treatments to share with any new providers Soon you will be able to see and pay your bills through the portal too.
