and vision statement and created a
legacy statement. “The change was
not driven by executive staff,”
says CEO Xochy Hurtado. “This
change came about because
employees struggled with a
greater sense of purpose in
coming to work every day
and wanted a statement
that reflected the work
they do, day in and
day out.”

CENTER (VVRMC) actualizó
recientemente su declaración de misión
y visión y creó una declaración de legado. “El cambio
no fue a pedido del personal ejecutivo”, cuenta la CEO
Xochy Hurtado. “Este cambio fue producto de que los
empleados buscaban un mayor incentivo para venir a
trabajar todos los días y querían contar con una declaración
que reflejara el trabajo que llevan a cabo, día tras día”.
Después de pensarlo mucho, de varias reuniones y tomas
de decisiones, el Comité de Cultura (compuesto por un grupo de
