OS VOLUNTARIOS SON CRUCIALES para el
funcionamiento correcto de cualquier centro médico
importante. Val Verde Regional Medical Center
(VVRMC) no es la excepción. Contamos con personal auxiliar
que se encarga de la Tienda de regalos de VVRMC, recauda los
tan necesarios fondos para equipos para el hospital y también
para el programa de becas. El programa de Hospicio de VVRMC
también cuenta con una docena de voluntarios que brindan
apoyo a pacientes y familiares que sobrellevan enfermedades
terminales. La sala HOPE Cancer Resource Room cuenta con
voluntarios que ayudan a los miembros de la comunidad que
han recibido un diagnóstico de cáncer en la búsqueda de los
servicios y el apoyo que necesitan para combatir la enfermedad.
La Capellanía de VVRMC tiene 13 voluntarios que atienden las
necesidades espirituales de los pacientes del hospital.
Sin voluntarios, VVRMC no podría ofrecer el tan necesario
apoyo y los servicios a nuestros pacientes y sus familias. Son el
sostén de nuestra organización.
Voluntarios, les estamos sumamente agradecidos.

OLUNTEERS ARE CRUCIAL
to the successful
running of any major medical facility. This is
no different for Val Verde Regional Medical
Center (VVRMC). We have an Auxiliary that runs the
VVRMC Gift Shop, raising much-needed funds for
equipment for the hospital as well as for the scholarship
program. VVRMC’s Hospice program also has a dozen
volunteers who provide support for patients and families
dealing with terminal illnesses. The HOPE Cancer
Resource Room has volunteers helping community
members who have been diagnosed with cancer find
the services and support they need to beat their disease.
The VVRMC Chaplaincy has 13 volunteers who serve
the spiritual needs of patients in the hospital.
Without volunteers, VVRMC would not be able
to offer much-needed support and services to our
patients and their families. They are the backbone of
our organization.
